Edinburgh's population statistics prove that the capital is a growing multi-cultural city with the highest number of migrants in Scotland. While Edinburgh is a vibrant city full of opportunity, as a migrant and/or refugee you often face language, cultural and economic barriers to social integration. Many of these people have beautiful crafting skills but lack the confidence to interact with others. We aim to address this by offering a space where people can come together, develop new skills, learn from each other and establish an essential support network of friends and colleagues.
