RETURNS & REFUND

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are sorry to hear that. Please return the item within 14 days of receipt. You can contact us at info@remodecollective.com to discuss your options.

Please note that we can only accept returns of items bought directly from Remode Collective. We don’t accept returns of promotional offers and bespoke orders unless they are faulty.

The returned item should be unused and must be returned in its original packaging including the tags and any further documentation.

If the item is returned due to a product fault or isn’t as specified in the product description, we will process a full refund or exchange the item. In case of exchange, please note that there might be small variations in the products due to the fact that each product is uniquely made. These variations do not constitute a fault.

If you would like to return the item for any other reason, we are also happy to provide a refund or exchange it but we will deduct the original postage charge.

Should you want to exchange it a second time we will need to charge postage. Thereafter we may decide to refuse any further exchanges or refunds.

We recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please allow 10 working days for a refund to be processed. If you have provided an email address, we will contact you to take the necessary arrangements.

If the item is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered, we may require you to pay the postage before we send it again. We reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your money less the original postage paid.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

All our products have a 4 months guarantee. If during this period of time you encounter manufacturing problems (e.g. the seams get undone) you are entitled to a free repair or replacements. You can contact us at info@remodecollective.com to discuss your options and take the relevant arrangements.

Please note that the guarantee does not cover postage costs.
