SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once you’ve placed an order you will receive an order notification by email, letting you know that we have received your order. When an item is ready to ship a dispatch notice will be sent to you by email. We aim to process your order within 3-5 working days.

Shipping options:

Shipping cost is not included in the product cost. At the check-out you can choose between 3 different shipping option:

-       Royal Mail 2nd Class (£3.10): delivery in two to three working days including Saturdays

-       Royal Mail 1st Class (£3.70): deliver the next working day including Saturdays

-       Royal Mail Special Delivery: delivery the next day by 1pm, full tracking and signature on delivery.

EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD 
We do not currently offer shipping outside the UK.

OTHER
All our products are shipped in recyclable packaging.

We cannot redirect orders after they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on two or more occasions, we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery changes from the refund. However, in that case, we will first try to contact you to arrange a different delivery.
